Cameron Parker, who has served as CEO since 2020, will now assume the role of Operating Chairman. In this capacity, Parker will spearhead strategic growth initiatives, including mergers and acquisitions, to further solidify OneShield’s market position. His leadership during the past five years has been instrumental in transforming OneShield into a robust and innovative player in the insurance technology space.

Taking the helm as Chief Executive Officer is Tony Villa, who previously led OneShield’s OneShield Enterprise (OSE) business unit. Villa joined OneShield in January 2024, bringing over two decades of experience in property and casualty (P&C) technology. His extensive background includes leadership roles at Volaris Group and a 15-year tenure as CEO of Insuresoft, where he earned a reputation for driving customer success and fostering innovation.

Liza Petrie, formerly the company’s Chief Product Officer, will step into Villa’s previous role as President of OSE. Meanwhile, Will Sullivan, previously OneShield’s Chief of Staff, has been appointed General Manager of OSE. Brandon Parker remains in his role as Chief Operating Officer, and Rex Blazevich continues to serve as President of OneShield Market Solutions (OMS).
