Launched in the Americas in 2022, the ISG Women in Digital Awards program expanded to the Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) and Asia Pacific regions in 2023. In 2025, the global initiative saw participation from 536 finalists, featured in the online ISG Women in Digital eBook. Winners for the Americas were announced on September 4, while EMEA winners will be revealed on September 18.

The awards are part of the broader ISG Women in Digital program, established in 2018 to foster advocacy and advancement for women in the workplace. The program serves as a platform for exchanging practical advice and innovative ideas, empowering women to thrive in the tech industry. Through initiatives such as a dedicated LinkedIn page, a LinkedIn Live video series, and regular events, ISG continues to champion diversity and inclusion within the IT and business services community.

The ISG Women in Digital Awards not only celebrate individual achievements but also highlight the critical role women play in shaping the future of technology. From fostering sustainable practices to leveraging AI for transformative change, these leaders are redefining what’s possible in the digital age. Their stories serve as powerful reminders of the importance of diversity in driving innovation and progress.

By recognizing and amplifying the voices of women in technology, ISG is helping to create a more inclusive and equitable industry.
